Easy to install, not bad to assemble out of the package and hold our bikes excellent! The only downfall in my opinion is that if you leave the racks in place without a bike for traveling they do not come with a strap/tiedown for the arm. It seems to ride well in the down position but still being able to "latch" it down seems to be a better option.
