Yes, it was not too tough to assemble but when I started loading the bikes on the rack, the locking pin dis-engaged. After a few more attempts I realized the Locking-Pin is flawed. Due to a poor design, the pin does not hold the rack firmly upright when weight of the bikes is put on it. If you put weight on the rack, the rack pulls away from the pin, causing it to disengage.
